As a keen tennis player of a mature age, injuries can make life very troublesome. So, thank goodness for Dan Lyons and his team at Correct Osteo Clinic based in Marks Tey Colchester.
I would highly recommend Dan who has a comprehensive and methodical approach to diagnosis and treatment. He uses a range of therapies to suit the problem, from acupuncture and infrared therapy, to manipulation, and the clinic provides all the latest equipment including shockwave therapy.
Dan provides an all-round treatment session. He recommends and demonstrates exercises to work on the injured area to heal and strengthen, which perfectly compliments the treatment.
I cannot recommend Dan and Correct Osteo Clinic more highly.

On each and every visit to Correct Osteo Clinic I’ve had a positive experience and truly cannot recommend them enough. Upon arrival I’ve been greeted by the friendliest of staff to welcome me in. I’ve had sports massages with Steve who has listened intently to my issues and considered them throughout my treatment, and I have had various treatments from Dan who is the most knowledgeable practitioner I have ever come across. Regardless of the reason for the visit, Steve and Dan both take the time to explain their diagnosis and the treatment plan ahead. Their wide range of skills mean they are my go-to for any muscular/anatomical complaints I have, and I know they will always have a resolution to take the pain away. SO essentially what I am saying is, if you have any doubts on whether to book an appointment or not, just book it; I promise you won’t regret it.
