DANIEL LYONS
Dan is a registered Osteopath with a 5 year degree from the London School of Osteopathy, Dan is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy (IO) and is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).
10 years prior to studying Osteopathy Dan qualified and worked as a Sports therapist within multiple gyms around London and from his own practice within Westfields Stratford. During this time Dan has treated Professional Athletes such as Olympian 400m Sprinter Iwan Thomas, Welterweight Prizefighter champion Yassine El Maachi, IFBB Champion and overall champion Ian Wadley and English actor and Gladiator Mark ‘Rhino’ Smith. Looking for an engaging career as a health professional following an already successful background in injury treatments for various sports injuries, he decided to pursue a career in Osteopathy to not just help with athletes but everyone.
Dan thinks that many people can benefit from Osteopathy. In helping with recovery from injury to alleviating everyday aches and pains, his aim is to restore health to his patients and enable them to continue doing the things in life that they love whether that is competing in the Olympics or walking the dog.
Dan believes Osteopathy is a way of life and caters for the ever changing physical demands of today’s hectic lifestyles. Dan’s Philosophy is based on the principle that to ‘Perform at your best you must feel your best’.
