
Jess is a registered Osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy. She qualified with a Masters of Osteopathy degree from the Health Sciences University (formerly the University College of Osteopathy), where she developed a strong foundation in clinical reasoning, hands-on techniques, and patient-centred care.
Jess has a particular interest in paediatric osteopathy and woman’s health, with a focus on supporting woman through pregnancy, postpartum recovery and beyond. She is passionate about empowering her patients and involving them in their journey to better health.
Jess’ interest stems from nearly 10 years of experience working with children, including seven years as a boys gymnastics coach, contributing to an understanding of movement, development and the unique needs of young people into her osteopathic practice. Her background has shaped her gentle and confident approach to putting both the parent and child at ease.
Jess believes osteopathy offers benefits far beyond treating pain, it also plays a key role in preventing injury and taking a proactive approach to maintaining long-term health. She works with a wide range of patients from newborns and mums, to athletes and office workers.
Whether it’s supporting recovery or easing everyday strains; Jess’ goal is to restore comfort, balance and function so her patients can continue doing the things they love.
