Sports Massage Therapist

Having suffered with 2 bulged discs in my lower back for over 3 years, I started to develop a keen interest in helping others to recover from injuries.  I quickly became passionate about improving overall functional strength and fitness, and in 2018 I qualified in Sports Massage Therapy.  Over the last few years my enthusiasm for health and fitness has led me to further my knowledge and education, and I qualified as a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning coach.

I strongly believe movement & functional strength plays a key role in injury recovery & prevention, as well as good overall health & wellbeing.  I am constantly furthering my knowledge to ensure I can provide the most efficient treatment for my clients, and I am excited to be part of a team who prioritises patient welfare and providing personalised, quality treatments.
